How to reach us with bug reports, feature requests, or questions.
Free Image Tools is a small independent project. The best — and only — way to contact us is through GitHub Issues:
Use GitHub Issues for bug reports, feature requests, and general questions about the tools.
Open an Issue on GitHub →For privacy questions, advertising inquiries, or matters that cannot be discussed publicly, you can reach us by email.
[email protected]Most common questions are answered in the guides and tool pages. Before opening an issue, it is worth checking:
For privacy concerns specifically, please read the Privacy Policy first. It explains in detail how image data is handled (short version: it stays in your browser).
A good bug report helps us reproduce and fix the issue much faster. Please include:
You do not need to upload or share your image to report a bug. A description of the file is sufficient.
Feature requests are welcome. If you open an issue to request a new tool or feature, it helps to explain the specific task you are trying to accomplish and why the existing tools do not cover it. For example: "I need to resize images to 800×600 exactly, with a specific background color to fill empty space" is more useful than "please add more resize options."
Not every request will be implemented — the focus of this project is on tools that run entirely in the browser without a server. Features that would require server-side processing (like video conversion or large batch jobs) are outside scope.
This site uses Google AdSense for advertising. We do not manage individual ad placements or accept direct advertising deals. If you have a concern about a specific ad that appeared on this site, you can report it through Google's ad feedback tool or open a GitHub issue describing what you saw.
This is a small, independently maintained project. We read every issue that comes in, but responses may take several days — sometimes longer during busy periods. We do not have a support SLA or guaranteed turnaround time.
If an issue has been open for a while without a response, it does not mean it has been dismissed. It may be queued for investigation, or waiting for a fix to be tested before we reply.
